Reset:

1. Press and hold the Yellow + Blue button then press the Esc button on the lower front of the device.

Cold Reset:

1. Remove the battery and locate the Reset button.




 

2. Hold the Scan button on the front of the device and press the reset button for 2-3 seconds.

 

 

 

3. Insert the battery back into the device.

4. Power up the device.

Factory Re-Boot:

*Be aware that preforming a factory reset will remove all data from your handheld scanner*

1. Remove the battery and locate the Reset button.




2. Hold the Scan button on the front of the device and press the reset button for 2-3 seconds.

 


 

3. Insert the battery back into the device.

4. Power up the device.

5. Then promptly press and hold the Esc and 0 button after pressing the power button. 

(you will get a clean boot confirmation window)

 

 



6. Press either one of the ENT buttons to confirm a clean boot. 

(the process takes about 30 seconds, you will only see the confirmed message on the screen)

 

 



7. When prompt, follow the instructions to calibrate your stylus pen.

* Clean boot process is complete.
